Summer is the perfect time to learn something new and I’ve got all new camps and classes coming up for summer for students of all ages. The young and the young at heart are all welcome at the Sunshine Studio. Come on an amazing artistic journey in all sorts of creative mediums. You’ll discover a whole new world of creativity.
Sewing for Beginners (ages 9 and up) - limit of 8 students in each class
June 27 - July 1 (Monday - Friday) 10 am - 12:30 pm
OR June 29, July 6, 13, 20 and 27 - Wednesdays 6 - 8:30 pm
Cost per student: $100 (Includes new Janome Sew Mini sewing machine)
(supply list sent upon registration)
As a young girl, I started early on the sewing machine and made little purses and stuffed animals that I could give as gifts and for myself. As I got older, I learned how to make my own clothes. In my teens, I worked alongside my mother and sister in our custom-made clothing business. I've continued to sew throughout my life and my 11-year old daughter is following in my footsteps as I've been teaching her how to sew for the past couple of years. I offer many years of experience, knowledge and creativity to my students, no matter their age. This course will walk you through the basics of sewing while you create 2 projects from start to finish. You'll learn: how to thread your machine & wind bobbins, the basic stitches, how to read simple patterns, how to trace patterns, how to use measurements for projects without a pattern, how to pin and cut fabric, and ironing and finishing.

This is essential for such as an established edge to any video such as interviews and fixed item injections, offering balance to the digital camera and helping the watch ability of the finished item. Video knowledge sharing not only educates sales teams, it also has the capacity to engage customers and enable ongoing dialog with any target audience. Should you usually do not possess such capabilities and can not make alluring videos then it really is doubtful that your effort can fetch favorable response.
