Oh Erika, I have LOTS of years on you and Robyn's advice is great! Adding to that, keep your family & friends close to your heart, love them, share with them, help them when you can and just be there! Nancy

Being only 30 myself I don't know if I have much advice to give. I would say to do what you love, and the money will follow.

Kris Sobolik

Happy Birthday! Make sure to take a little time for yourself and not give it all to others :)

Jenny Barnett Rohrs

Thirty-three was pretty good to me, as I remember...so some advice...start one new positive habit that will take you through to your 40's. Meditate, start a "date night" with your best girls or guy, pick up an exercise that speaks to you...what ever. Just pick up ONE positive thing that enhances your life...and have FUN! my best piece of advise would be to listen well and think before you make a decision. i wish that i had done this when i was 33!!!

Erika, Happy Birthday! and I hope you have many more happy years. You are a very happy person with your head in the right place, I think, from reading your blog and your son's blog for years, so the only advice I can think of to give you is to keep on keeping on and to remember to Live, Laugh, and Love.

patty

Just enjoy each day to it's fullest. Each day is a gift.

That is the best advice I can give to anyone, no matter what they are dealing with or going through. I keep my Disney movies handy all the time, as well as some good comedies... because we all need a good laugh once in a while.

Happy Birthday to you (hope you had a great day & that you will enjoy the Christmas/New Year's to come) from a fellow December-baby! ☺

Teri

A very happy birthday to you!! All the holidays and a birthday too!! Woohoo!!

Happy birthday-33 years YOUNG, remember that. No other advice except the best is yet to come.

well, let me see. 33 means you still have just under 2 years to decide if you want to join the Army if you are an american citizen! i joined right before my 35th birthday. what a ride!

Dee Simp

You have many years ahead to keep creating masterpieces and inspiring crafters. Enjoy each day!

Patti Beachy

Happy Birthday and I am thinking you have enough words of wisdom. Enjoy your day.

Happy Birthday! I guess my best advice being 22 years older than you would be to live every day like it's your last day! Have no regrets and have fun!

This is my 33rd year too. I've been thinking a lot about what I'll do with it.

Yesterday, a friend in Colorado told me that her neighbors have botox parties. I've never heard of such a think and I was horrified. They have actual parties where a doctor or some sort of botox authorized person shows up and injects the party-goers faces.

So, this made me think that this year I'm going to work harder on accepting myself as I am. It made me so sad to think that other people who are my age are out there shooting poisons into their faces to fight off the wrinkles.

So... I guess that my advice is to really embrace yourself. For some people (though I have a strong suspician this isn't YOU) aging can be very scary. My thought is that it's important to value it and like it.

Also, this year I want to make more time for my friendships. I haven't been very good at that.

I know that this isn't advice! Maybe, as your friend, the best advice I can give you is to spend some time with ME!!!!!!!!! xoxo
