What a great time in your life! Hope all in your family is excited! I am very jealous of you having your own room - how fun! Life is good should definitely be in your room from the Decor elements package. As far as a color for your room.....because I live at the beach, I would have to say bashful blue - and because you are so earthy, I would suggest mellow moss or certainly celery. Oh the possibilities! Enjoy! I know whatever you pick, it will be awesome because you are so awesome!

Congratulations on your new house, Erika!! And, your own studio - how wonderful for you!!

You have awesome taste, so I'm sure you'll do great decorating your house. I'd guess that you're going to pick a green like Mellow Moss or blue like bordering blue or something like that to decorate since you say that you are drawn to those colors. As for decor elements, I think you should go with some words or some kind - it would fit great with your journaling style...

Can't wait to see what you decide to do!

Congrats on the new home! I did my youngest daughter's room in real red and green galore, although, that might be a bit jarring for a studio. So I would go with a certainly celery, and the Live every Moment decor element. Have fun!

Laura Huffman

Oh, how exciting. but sometimes overwhelming when you have to make decisions on paint etc. i love the blues, i know cold colours. but you could always go with neutral, and accent with cool carribean, or sky. i just purchased a few of the elements, and i love the "life is good". i put that over the door of our cabana or "pool house". the organics are pretty awesome, along with the baroque motifs too. you're so talented you'll pull it off no matter what you use.
good luck.
if i don't respond if i win, it's because i'm on holidays next week. thanks for sharing

So happy for your "Dream Come True" time! I think you'd be happy with a combo of green and blue. The shades would depend on the amount of natural light you have in that room. How great to have a huge room like that! You will certainly put it to good use! The wourd could be Inspire, Happiness or Create. Good Luck with the move!

First off, CONGRATS on the new house & studio!!! Whoo-hoo!!! I think you should decorate your studio with "Live every moment" and paint it Mellow Moss with Chocolate chip accents... Nancy P...

Congratulations. I remember our first house; it was such a special place for our family.

I personally love WHITE walls; to me they're like a blank palette. So, I'd vote for WHISPER WHITE, then make the white walls my canvas.

Sally (CKMom)

Congrats on moving into your new home. I think certainly celery is a nice color and how about for element the Live the Moment in chocolate brown.

Val S

Congrats on moving to your new house...wow...your own studio! Fabulous!! For colour, I think Barely Banana or So Saffron would be nice and for Decor Element, the Long Stem Silhouette would look fabulous with either the Barely Banana or So Saffron room.

Monika/buzsy

Congratulations on buyigng your first home. That is so exciting! Good luck with the move and all that packing. I would use River Rock and Groovy Guava... I would use Create Definition and Long-Stem Silhouette... TFS!

Mary G

certainly celery for the walls, white Create definition. That's what I want to do anyway! hee hee!

Michelle

You are going to love having your own space - I just redid mine and wow, it's amazing how much it's helped organize and motivate me...

I pick barely banana because it's a soft, warm color and it's Happy... I would picture you having the lift is good decorations on your wall. You seem to be in a wonderful place and at peace in your life and I take inspiration from you every day!

Congratulations!

Michele B

Hmmmmm...well, my craft room is painted a Mint Melody color and I think it's FAB. You definitely want to do something light. As for the Decor Elements, I love the frame ones, like Flourish Frame.

Good luck on the move. Very exciting! Will be looking forward to pictures of your studio!

Erin Morse

Well I am happy for you, and jealous!! I am glad that you are finally getting a house! For a color I would go with an old one, I know that you like Cool Caribbean, so I would suggest that, it's a nice bright color. As for the Decor Elements, I would go with Creat Definition, "Create-To Produce through artistic or imaginative effort. Create and inspire. To make your own. That would be a great one for you, or maybe "Family", I also like that one.

Judi Markel

Congratulations on your new home. For your studio I would Soft Sky for the paint and for the Decor Element, I would pick the create definition and the flourishs design elements. You will enjoy having a big studio. Hope your move goes smoothly.

Hugs
Judi

I'm for neutral...boring me. I'd go with Creamy Caramel walls, and put the one that looks like tall sprigs on in Chocolate Chip - awesome. Congratuation and thanks for the opportunity.

Susanna

Girl! I can't wait until I get to see pictures of the new place! How exciting!

Lesly Adams

Congrats on your new home! I think you should paint your studio mellow Moss and use the "Create" decor elements.

Julie

Not quit navy, pumpink pie and more mustard are 3 colors that fit good together, you need some flashing colors in accent, this is why i chose pumpink pie. As for the decor element, i like the lollipop flowers!!! Good luck!! Can't wait to see the results!!

Liz

How exciting! Congratulations!!!! A new house is great, and a studio to top it off! Geesh!
I think you should do your studio in Purely Pomegranite and Close to Cocoa...

I think you should do the Create definition and some Manhattan Flowers around the room in a Chocolate chip color. :) Or white to make them pop!

Terry Iverson

Congratulations on your new home and your own "studio". I love Close to Cocoa, with accents of Pretty in Pink and Purely Pomegranate.
I know how creative you are so I think the "Create" Definition and "Live Every Moment" would be great!
Looking forward to seeing pictures of your new "studio"

Terry Iverson

Congratulations on your move and your own "studio". I love Close to Cocoa, with accents of Pretty In Pink and Purely Pomegranate. As you are such a creative individual, I would suggest the "Create" definition ad "Live Every Moment".
Have Fun!!

Brenda

Definitely So Saffron as it is so warm, sunny and cheery. The main rooms in my house are painted that shade and I feel like I get a hug every time I walk in!

I'd also put up the Organic Outlines in Chocolate Chip as they are a bit fun and I love the Chocolate Chip/So Saffron color combo!

I'm very happy for you and VERY JEALOUS of your stamping studio! May you have many happy years there!

Gina Rallo

Congratulations! You will LOVE having your own studio! I love So Saffron for the walls and the brown decor elements will look great on them. Of course you NEED the Create definition!

Thanks for the chance to win!
