YES! This is also my fave set and coming DIE CUT was a major bonus wasn't it??
My very first SU die cutset. I love the "bohemian shabby chic' look as it is so my distressor was out and all over it. I made some swap cards with this set.. I made extra to keep I loved them so much :}
Love the gold onthis card, I have had wire for 3 years now and only used it 2ce on scrapbook pages.. I'll have to grow some 'nads and get it out again. Can't wait for the wicked Erika t omake me laugh!!
I'm so beat.. the school didn't get their over ride money here adn so they didn't cleanthe kids lockers out over summer vacation.. only here would they do that! So I spent 2 hours this morning cleaning 24 second graders lockers inside and out. Still food in there from last year.. Isn't that a health issue? Anyway I am beat adn could use a laugh. Istill have to goback with my Goo Gone and Un Due to get the sticker residue off, I used a whole tub of clorox wipes tho. ugh!!
Have a great day. K

Love your card Erika..very nice use of the chipboard. I like the really rust PP and the
vellum sentiment..and the use of the gold wire wrapped. Nice touch of embossed edges.
Great Card.

I love your card Erika. The colors are awesome together. Thank you *very* much for giving me some much needed inspiration. I have had the True Friend for set for at least 2 weeks now and pulled it out 2 nights ago to use it and my mind went blank. I tried one thing and hated it so the set has been sitting on my desk since then. I am going to try very hard to use it tonight. Thanks again Erika.

Hi Erika,

So far I have been using a glue stick with my vellum and I don't have any problem of the glue showing through the paper but maybe it's because I used thick vellum? (I used Scotch brand Craft stick).

I have actually used the weird reaction of vellum to glues to my advantage, I use liquid glue for vellum flowers because the glue make the petals curl up on my paper and it looks very alive! ;-)
